Inspection Comments |
Follow-Up Inspection. The facility completed a remodel about 2019, where the 3-compartment sink was removed and replaced with a low-temperature dishwasher and a two-compartment sink with a drainboard. The dishwasher is now sanitizing at the required concentration. The drop plate of the ice machine has been cleaned and sanitized accordingly. The PIC provided a current food protection manager certificate. A follow up is scheduled for 7/7/25 to check on the chlorine test strips and 3-compartment sink. |
